Heath Ledger 1979-2008

Photobucket"...
...Brokeback Mountain was one of 2005’s biggest releases, causing huge debate for its reversal of the traditional Hollywood tough man image. The film was made amid a storm of controversy in the States and many reviewers praised its makers’ courage. Mr Ledger, however, was dismissive:

"I hate to call it ‘daring’ or ‘brave’; firefighters are daring and brave. I’m acting. I didn’t get hurt and I’m not mentally wounded from this experience."

....One of the good guys....'Blessya Heath...R.I.P.

Walkin' da straight and narrow inda US of A..

How 'bout this ol' bastard?

Seems like ol' Timothy Elliott, indigent, hadda gamblin' problem and decided it might be best to take up robbin' banks n' shit to pay off his bookies. I guess since his robbery was "unarmed" the dude was put on probation...and one of the stipulations put on his probation was that he couldn't gamble. Not even play the lottery.

Yeah...you guessed it..Dude buys a scratch-off ticket and wins 50K per year for twenty years. Da Judge ruled he could keep it.

I see a cupla/three morals to dis story:

1) "Livin' Right" ain't got shit to do with good fortune comin' yer way.

2) Ya getta break in life whenya look like Santa Claus.

3) Ya might have some issues with this country, but if ya do..yer just fuckin'... WRONG.

God Bless America...
